Finally back at the computer this morning after unpacking from our big adventure.  Sydney is such a beautiful city and what a fabulous time of year to visit!  Last time we visited Sydney we stayed in a hotel in the heart of the city...this time we were with friends in the suburbs.  So really, a totally different perspective on what it's like to live in Australia.
It is great to be home, but also sad to leave friends...Sharon-Sandra, Ree, Donna, Laura, Sandra and LeAnne.   We had a fabulous time at the SIA event...such nice ladies...and what a surprise to see our friends Tracy, Karen and Jo from New Zealand...so fun to have you in class again!
Our fabulous hosts, Sally and Lorraine who carted us around for 2 weeks...thanks to you, we feel part of the family.

One post is not enough to cover the trip so I decided to split it up so over the course of the next week. A little food, our favorite shops (and a few new ones), a visit with an Australian designer you should know and a little bit of silly fun.  Can't wait to share the experience!
Anyway, for today I thought I would leave you with some pictures of the Sydney Harbor, really one of the most beautiful places on earth.

These are the Petite Diamond Bling Brads from the Delish - High Tea Collection.  Not sure if you can buy in the US but I will update if I find a retailer.  So for now, 'patientmom' is going to be the only one to have them!
