The Problem Solver: Instead of having little stacks of inks all over my desk that I have to unstack to find the right color, I can see every color right through the clear top!
Each tin holds up to 12 Mini Distress Ink pads and includes
a removable clear plastic divider for easy accessibility.
The Stress Reliever: I admit it. I never got around to printing the tiny labels Ranger provides for the side of the ink case. Now I can let it go and be free of organizational guilt (crossing that off my to-do list right now).
So you might wonder why the colors are not in a pretty rainbow?? Well, I am choosing to keep my inks in the color combination that comes in the sets Tim designed. As I have mentioned before, the colors are put together for a reason so why not give myself an instant color group that works together. Each set also is marked with the set number on the bottom for quicker clean up.
The Travel Mate: No more rubber bands around the stack when I travel with these little guys. Into the tin and off I go. I was going to say, "just take the colors you want" but that's kind of a ridiculous statement (because I need them all with me) so just disregard that idea.
Well, whatever you want to call this little baby is fine by me, but know I've given you some options!
Tim sent me an extra
Ranger is also releasing 2 other products today,
Texture Paste
for building dimensional textures onto a variety of surfaces.
Dries to a matte finish
and
Distress Specialty Stamping Paper
20 sheets 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" pre-cut card sized sheets.
A matte coated paper to use with Distress Inks, Stains, Markers and paint.
Be sure to stop by Tim's blog today.

ReplyDeleteI just finally bought my first set mini inks the other day. There were just too many cool projects out there and I couldn't pretend I could do it with the big pads any longer. My four year old was a big champion of them too. How could I resist her saying "but mum, they are the perfect size for me!" She would love the storage containers. They would fit right on the shelf behind her desk.

ReplyDeleteI am fond of travel mate, I also opt to keep mine in the set they came in, since I am color challenged, but most of all, I just love the mimis! Storing my minis in the Mini Storage Tins is a given. Now to decide between storing them by color like Tim or by group like Paula? Hmmm! I may try Paula's method first.
ReplyDeleteWell, I've got 3 sets of the minis so far, and have ordered the rest that are available. The tins do make a lot of sense. I have mine stacked in their original configurations and used a white paint pen to write the color name on the side of each. That works for now, but these tins would definitely be a plus for taking them with me. I'd love to win one!!
ReplyDeleteIt's a brilliant idea. Now a great way to store and transport my mini pads!! I'd love to win one!
ReplyDeleteYes, I need one or 3 of these tins!
